SLOVENIAN FLAG DAY CELEBRATION

An homage to Slovenia at the monument standing in its very centre.

Slovenian Flag Day commemorates April 7, 1848, when the Slovenian patriot Lovro Toman first hoisted the Slovenian flag on Wolfova ulica 8 in Ljubljana. Therefore, every first Sunday following the 7^th of April, the Geometric Centre of Slovenia (GEOSS) in Slivna organizes a celebration of this special occasion.
