The Volk Turjaški brewery, located in the Sveta Jurjeva Gora castle, brews local beers called Volk Turjaški Temnozlat, Černi and Jantar. The beer is hand-brewed, which makes Volk Turjaški the only brewery of its kind in Slovenia and one of the few in Europe.
