In a small local cheese factory in Vače, the Kovač family processes sheep’s milk into semi-hard cheese, yoghurt and cottage cheese. The cheese traditionally made from raw milk, in a copper cauldron. In winter, they also make felt handicrafts from sheep’s wool.
