The curators in the City Museum of Litija will enthusiastically welcome and introduce you to the history and vibrancy of Litija. You will hear stories of Litija’s past and get to know all about rafting and ferry transport on the Sava River and about the railway, the Sitarjevec mine, different memorials and other attractions.
Litija’s Tourism Showroom
The showroom in the City Museum of Litija, entitled EXPLORING LITIJA, offers an overview of the tourist offer in Litija and its surroundings. Everything – local tourist areas, providers, events, cuisine – is presented here in a modern and attractive way, with an emphasis on the visual elements of the offer. The ten-minute film offers an even broader insight into the diversity of the tourist offer and the valour of the multiple providers.
